Act as the main point of contact for inquiries in the UHNWI segment and support the Investment Consulting UHNWI Switzerland team with administrative and organizational matters
Carry out research and analytical tasks to support high-quality client service
Prepare bespoke investment proposals, concepts, and presentations for UHNWI clients
Coordinate and deliver complex Requests for Proposals (RfPs) for sophisticated UHNWI prospects
Ensure the efficient operational handling and quality assurance of consolidated reporting across multiple banking relationships
A recently completed Master’s degree, ideally in Banking & Finance, combined with 1–2 years of experience in the financial sector
Strong German and English language skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are considered an asset
Advanced MS Office capabilities, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong affinity for new technologies
A highly accurate, independent, and organized working style
The ability to work well under pressure and grasp new concepts quickly
Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude
