Your challenge

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations (f/m/d).

In this role, you will be the central point of contact when payment transactions become complex:

  • You investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints relating to outgoing payments.

  • You also review netting/settlement orders and coordinate the necessary steps with the relevant departments to ensure that each order is executed correctly and on time.

  • You work closely with international teams in Europe and Asia and actively contribute to the design and optimisation of payment processes.

  • Strong affinity for payments and a keen interest in international money flows

  • Enjoyment of a role that combines clearly defined routines with unexpected questions and special cases

  • Strong team player with a reliable, collaborative working style

  • Analytical and structured approach, with a sharp eye for detail

  • Solution-oriented, resilient, and able to make sound decisions even under time pressure
