For our team in Cologne, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual as a Private Banking Assistant who will support us in serving a sophisticated private clientele.
Proactive support of the team in developing and expanding our business with high-net-worth private clients
Active involvement in relationship management and support in approaching clients and prospects
Independent handling of day-to-day business
Preparation and follow-up of client meetings
Independent client interaction (task management, correspondence, account openings, compliance-related topics, etc.)
Handling and execution of client orders in the area of securities as well as in foreign exchange and payments
Support in the organization and preparation of client events in close cooperation with Marketing, as well as selective participation in representative functions
Completed banking apprenticeship and several years of experience in private client business
High level of commitment and strong initiative
Strong client orientation and service mindset with the highest standards of quality and reliability
Very good system and IT skills
Strong empathy, courteous manners and excellent communication skills
A team player who enjoys working in a demanding and appreciative environment
Excellent command of written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
