Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term position.
Your Responsibilities:
Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion
Onboarding new clients including knowledge of documentation requirements and AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) verification checks
Recording of static data into systems including updating client’s personal information, account classifications, account products and services
Processing account closures and deceased estates (probate/will)
Liaison with custodians and business partners
Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Your skills and experience
Exposure to a client service or operations function, ideally within Financial Services
Experience performing data entry and general administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment
An interest in, or foundational knowledge of, Australian financial markets (desirable)
Your qualifications
Completed or working towards a degree in Finance, Business or Commerce
