LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
For our long-term development at our headquarters in Vaduz, you will take on the following tasks in the role of Assistant Private Banking (f/m/d):
Supporting client advisors and the team leader in advising and assisting demanding German-speaking private clients.
Independent handling of daily business, including autonomous preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition meetings as well as obtaining information.
Preparation of account openings, liquidity management, and monitoring of client portfolios regarding maturities of outstanding issues.
Independent receipt and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions.
Independent and proactive relief of the team leader and relationship managers in all administrative matters and travel management (planning business trips, reservations, agenda management, etc.).
Taking on organisational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks).
Participation in the organisation and preparation of client events (invitation process) as well as selective attendance at representative events together with client advisors.
For this responsible position, we are looking for a trustworthy and integral personality with the following profile:
Completed banking education or commercial basic training combined with several years of practical experience in private client business.
Experience in serving private banking clients is an advantage
Experience in dealing with cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.).
Market-specific knowledge in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives.
Committed and thoughtful personality with high self-initiative.
Strong customer orientation and service readiness with a high standard of quality and reliability.
Empathetic personality with polished manners and excellent communication skills.
Reliable time and self-management as well as well-developed work organisational skills.
Pronounced team spirit.
Fluent German skills and good English skills.
