Your challenge

  • Support Relationship Managers in their daily client servicing tasks.
  • Serve as a deputy for RM/other ARMs during absences.
  • Manage administrative and legal/regulatory aspects related to client accounts.
  • Handle transactional tasks such as orders, trades, payments, and monitoring maturities.
  • Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) matters.
  • Address certain client inquiries and liaise with various specialists within the bank

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in Private Banking in Switzerland, ideally as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Account Manager, with a strong focus on client servicing and relationship management
  • Solid understanding of investment products, private banking services, and the wider financial industry landscape
  • Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment relevant to APAC clients, ideally with exposure to Asian markets
  • Strong appreciation of the diversity of client needs across the APAC region, paired with cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese skills, both written and spoken
  • Relevant higher education is an advantage; familiarity with Avaloq is a plus
  • A collaborative, service-oriented, and reliable working style, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and remain calm in a dynamic environment
