• As a Financial Crime Compliance Specialist, you will maintain an overview of the sanctions regulations and industry standards currently applicable to LGT Group globally. As a member of the international sanctions team, you identify, analyze, manage and control LGT Group's sanctions risks. 
• You are used to communicating difficult issues professionally and comprehensibly at eye level.
• You support local sanctions officers and work with business units and back office functions across disciplines and countries to set Group-wide standards.
• You are a valued partner in solving complex issues and are happy to contribute to efficient solutions.
• You create reports and perform controls to ensure compliant behavior of all units and react promptly to new issues and potential risks.

• Completed studies, ideally with a connection to law, finance or banking 
• Several years of experience in compliance, with a strong focus on economic sanctions (CH/EU/UK and US regime)
• Good conceptual and analytical skills 
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Reliable, solution-oriented way of working and quick comprehension skills
• Assertive team player
• Business fluent in German and English
