Graduate - Human Resources APAC
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This 18-month program will provide you with exposure to different aspects of HR including
Talent Development and Management
Employee Wellness and D&I
Reward
HR Transformation and Projects
HR Reporting and Analytics
Employee Communication
Responsibilities include:
Implementation of wellness and D&I programme
Implementation of talent development programme
Market compensation benchmarking exercise
Project planning, coordination and implementation of HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements, technology and AI adoption and change management
Development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Power BI
Enhance employee communication by creating engaging contents, visually appealing and informative infographics, presentation, and other graphic design materials
Other ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned
In addition, you may have the opportunity to take a short-term assignment in Human Resources Department in another location.
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline between May 2022 to May 2024
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a good command of English and Mandarin / Cantonese
Outstanding organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in graphic design to develop engaging newsletter and other materials
Ability to listen with a continued hunger to learn and develop
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Determined and committed to take responsibilities.
