In this diverse role, you will be part of the Client Data Service Natural Persons team and take responsibility for the accurate, efficient and regulatory-compliant administration of private client accounts and related client data.
Manage the onboarding, maintenance and amendment of private client relationships, including updates to client data and documentation
Review and process account-opening and client documentation for formal completeness and substantive accuracy
Maintain, update and ensure the quality of client data in internal banking systems
Perform data-quality checks and investigate and resolve discrepancies
Handle and respond to internal enquiries relating to client master data and account openings
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of processes
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services sector
Professional experience in account opening, client administration or documentation/formalities within a bank; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
Confident user of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Avaloq and/or CLM is an advantage
Strong sense of quality and responsibility, combined with a careful, structured and efficient approach to work
A self-driven, reliable and collaborative team member with a strong service orientation
Ability to prioritise effectively during periods of high workload and to communicate clearly and appropriately with internal stakeholders
