(hereinafter severally and collectively "LGT") you accept the legally binding effect of the following terms of use and legal notice (hereinafter referred to as the “terms of use”). The user’s access to the LGT website, the use of the LGT website and these terms of use shall be subject to Hong Kong law in respect of LGT Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch and Singapore law in respect of LGT Bank (Singapore) Ltd. Hong Kong and Singapore respectively shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
