You can access LGT SmartBanking, LGT's online banking service, using the LGT SmartBanking app on your smartphone and tablet, or via a web browser on your computer or laptop. Simply apply, register, and get started.
If you do not have access to LGT SmartBanking yet, please contact your customer advisor or send us a message. We will grant you personal access and provide you with all the information you need.
Once you have received your access data, you can register quickly and easily via the LGT SmartBanking App (iOS and Android) on your smartphone or via a web browser on your computer.
Your data is safe with us. We store all information in encrypted and redundant form in fail-safe, highly secure data centers, continuously update our hardware and software, and maintain the highest and strictest security standards. To ensure you can access your data securely, your computer and your smartphone or tablet must meet certain technical requirements.
We have compiled answers to some of the questions that we are regularly asked. If your question is not on this list, you can check our online help, call our LGT SmartBanking Support (+423 235 23 25, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CET, Monday to Friday) or ask your relationship manager.

In the event of a system or security incident (e.g. loss of password, unauthorized communications etc.), you should immediately report the incident to LGT Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch (the "Bank") by contacting your relationship manager through other modes of communication such as e-mail or telephone.
