Your challenge

Start on September 1, 2024 in Hong Kong or Singapore as a

Graduate - Human Resources APAC

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  This 18-month program will provide you with exposure to different aspects of HR including

  • Talent Development and Management

  • Employee Wellness and D&I

  • Reward

  • HR Transformation and Projects

  • HR Reporting and Analytics

  • Employee Communication

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of wellness and D&I programme

  • Implementation of talent development programme

  • Market compensation benchmarking exercise

  • Project planning, coordination and implementation of HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements, technology and AI adoption and change management

  • Development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Power BI

  • Enhance employee communication by creating engaging contents, visually appealing and informative infographics, presentation, and other graphic design materials

  • Other ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned

In addition, you may have the opportunity to take a short-term assignment in Human Resources Department in another location.

Your profile

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline between May 2022 to May 2024

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a good command of English and Mandarin / Cantonese

  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in graphic design to develop engaging newsletter and other materials

  • Ability to listen with a continued hunger to learn and develop

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Determined and committed to take responsibilities.

  • Interest developing a career in HR following the successful completion of the Graduate Program
