Graduate Programme – IT Solutions Engineer Singapore (SG)

Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build up comprehensive knowledge for your target function. You will not only expand your professional know-how but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein and exchanges with internal and external experts. A special highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. During your time as a graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. In line with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a social project. For your role as a future IT Solutions Engineer in the Banking Solutions division, we will focus on:

• Gaining deep insights into Avaloq Core Banking, System Integration, Application Management, DevOps Engineering, API Management, Front End and Back End Development, and Process Engineering
• Supporting project work through practical assignments in various teams and specialist areas
• Contributing to the stable and efficient daily operation of our banking solutions
• Building up business understanding through insights into the banking departments: Trading, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Client Management, Channel Management, Compliance and Taxes
• Targeted skills development through individual training
• Participation in internal company courses (e.g. project management, IT security, agile training)
• Obtaining certifications (e.g. Avaloq, Cloud, ITIL)

• Bachelor’s degree (graduation date within the last 12 months)
• High IT affinity and initial practical programming experience (e.g. in Java, PL/SQL, Python or a similar language), as well as the ability to work in a team, analytical flair and an interest in finance
• Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment, with high quality standards
• Identification with LGT and its values
• Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
