Insights et vue du marché
LGT is the world’s largest family-owned and managed Private Banking and Asset Management Group. For more than 100 years it has been fully owned and managed by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, which is also one of our biggest clients.
With around 600 employees, LGT Bank Switzerland has established itself as a renowned Swiss private bank and is an excellent address for both wealthy private clients and employees - this was also confirmed last year by the independent institute "Great Place To Work", which awarded LGT Bank Switzerland the title of one of the best employers in Switzerland.
Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build comprehensive knowledge for your target role as Relationship Officer Intermediaries. You will not only expand your technical expertise, but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars – for example the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and through exchanges with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two‑week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. Throughout your time as a Graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. In line with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a social project. Make use of these diverse opportunities, build your network, and lay the foundation for your long‑term career at LGT.
