To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Payment Transactions Troubleshooting Officer (f/m/d)
You will passionately take on the diverse challenges in our team and perform the following tasks:
Independent processing and clarification of problem cases in outgoing payment transactions
Monitoring, checking, and posting incoming payments
Central coordination and execution of balance settlements in consultation with the relevant departments
Close cooperation with our international teams in Europe and Asia
Optimization of existing payment transaction processes and support in error prevention
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in banking
Knowledge of payment transactions is an advantage
Very Good written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills
Solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
Independent and responsible way of working
Strong team spirit and willingness to help
