About us

LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.

Your challenge

During the 18‑month program, you will gain insights into various business areas and build in‑depth knowledge for your target role. You will not only expand your technical expertise but also develop your social and personal skills through engaging seminars – for example, the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and through exchanges with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two‑week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. Throughout your time as a Graduate, you will be supported by an experienced mentor who will accompany you in your professional and personal development. In line with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to a social project. Make the most of these diverse opportunities, build your network, and lay the foundation for your long-term career at LGT.
