Student Support – Form Management (Fixed-term Contract for 12 months, 80–100%) (f/m/d) Bendern

As a Student Support in Forms Management, you will join our Forms Management team in Bendern on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, supporting the professional creation, maintenance and provision of client-facing and internal forms. You will gain hands-on insight into the processes of an international bank and contribute to a consistent, user-friendly forms landscape.

• You align requirements for form-related requests with internal business areas.
• You create and update client-facing and internal LGT forms in Word and PDF in line with the Group’s corporate design.
• You capture, structure and archive form data and maintain the forms database with care.
• You coordinate translations and help ensure that forms are available in the required languages.
• You support and advise colleagues on form requests, research and the provision of form documentation.
• You contribute to technical topics relating to databases and forms processes and bring forward improvement ideas.

• You are currently studying or have recently completed an apprenticeship.
• You have an interest in forms management, document creation and well-structured processes.
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word; experience with or a strong aptitude for desktop publishing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PDF editing, databases and digital tools is desirable.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; additional language skills are welcome.
• You work accurately, in a structured and self-reliant manner, remain composed in a dynamic environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
