LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
Project Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and reliable project execution according to the agreed scope.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including relationship managers, competence centers (eg, legal, compliance, investment advisory), IT and senior management. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to manage expectations and both functional and non-functional requirements.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential operational and project-related risks and issues that could impact project execution or operational risks. Develop mitigation strategies, manage issues and address issues promptly to minimise project disruption or operational risks.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track the initiative progress against milestones and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
Process Improvement: Analyse and optimise existing processes to support LGTs strategic goals.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree can be advantageous. Relevant certifications in Project Management methodologies are a plus.
Professional experience: Several years of experience in project management within the financial services sector or a related industry. Proven experience in managing projects of varying sizes and complexities, from initiation to completion. Experience with Agile methodologies and/or experience with process optimization projects is beneficial.
Track record: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Sense of ownership for the quality of results, exceptional problem-solving mindset and analytical skills, endurance and consistency in pursuance of project or initiative goals. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA, is beneficial. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience in Lean Management and/or agile methodology is a plus.
Language skills: Proficient in German and Englisch both written and spoken.
