Your challenge

  • You maintain customer master data in the core banking system.
  • You archive customer documents digitally and physically.
  • You check orders for opening/changing customer relationships for accuracy.
  • You maintain the customer master data control systems.
  • You maintain the department's internal documentation.
  • You provide support to front office staff (m/f/d) with questions about customer master data.

Your profile

  • Matura level (commercial degree an advantage) or apprenticeship as a bank clerk
  • First professional experience in the financial services industry after graduation desirable
  • Accuracy and high quality standards
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
  • Knowledge of KESt, FATCA, QI and GMSG is a plus.
  • You are a reliable, flexible team player (m/f/d) with a can-do mentality who never loses sight of service orientation.


In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity, we offer you an attractive and experience-oriented salary package. The all-in salary we offer is significantly higher than the minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2,806.09 stipulated in the collective agreement for banks and bankers and is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
