LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
For our Private Banking Austria team at our Vaduz (FL) location, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual as an Assistant Relationship Manager to support our team in serving a demanding private clientele.
Your responsibilities:
Proactive and efficient support of the Team Head and Relationship Managers in their day-to-day business as well as in the advisory and servicing of our affluent private clients
Assuming organisational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, agenda management, compliance-related tasks, etc.)
Independent preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition meetings, including obtaining all relevant information
Monitoring client portfolios with regard to upcoming due dates and open items, preparing account openings as well as supporting liquidity management
Independent handling and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
Supporting the organisation and preparation of client events (e.g. invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing, as well as selective participation in representative events together with the Relationship Managers
For this pivotal role, you should ideally offer the following:
Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with several years of practical experience in retail/private client business
Good understanding of developments and interrelationships in the European markets, particularly in Germany
Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
Confident handling of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.) as well as knowledge of cross-border rules
Committed, proactive personality with strong initiative, pronounced client orientation and service mindset, as well as a strong focus on quality and reliability
Empathetic demeanour, polished manners and excellent communication skills
Structured, precise and efficient way of working, combined with a high degree of independence
Excellent command of written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
