Your challenge

  • Support of the Head of Private Banking

  • Central point of contact and interface between managers in the area, internal organizational units and external contact persons

  • Preparation and follow-up, coordination and timely dispatch of reports and documents for meetings, projects and decision-making

  • Calendar and meeting management

  • Preparation of various committees and meetings incl. meeting minutes preparation and documentation

  • This position is a full-time position, limited to a period of 2 years

Your profile

  • Training at least at "A-level - preferably with a commercial background

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in private banking, alternatively in the investment sector, in the financial services sector or in consulting/business administration

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Strong focus on results combined with an independent and flexible working style

  • Team player with a "can-do mentality" and strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The desire to work on several topics at the same time, to take responsibility and to meet deadlines

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position starting at € 42.944,16 per anno (depending on qualifications), with the readiness for a significant overpayment.
