Your challenge

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives according to the agreed scope.
  • Business Partnering between Compliance and IT: Act as a trusted sparring partner between the Compliance organization and IT, translating regulatory and business requirements into practical technology solutions. Facilitate close collaboration between both domains, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and help identify pragmatic and sustainable approaches to implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Competence Centers (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Investment Advisory), IT, and Senior Management. Build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication to align expectations and manage both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify project-related and operational risks that could impact delivery or business operations. Develop mitigation strategies, proactively manage issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track initiative progress against milestones and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and management reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse, challenge, and optimize existing processes to support LGT's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.

Proven experience managing projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through delivery. Hands-on experience within the Compliance domain or in delivering Compliance-related initiatives is required. Experience with Agile methodologies and/or process optimization projects is beneficial.

  • High IT affinity with a strong interest in technology and digital solutions. Good understanding of Compliance systems, applications, and tooling, with the ability to act as a knowledgeable counterpart for both Compliance and IT stakeholders. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar collaboration and project management platforms is beneficial.
