About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Business Improvement team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality client reporting and supporting continuous improvement across our Operations function.

You’ll play a key role in delivering insightful reporting and dashboards that help Operations leaders understand performance, trends and risks — and more importantly, take action. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help shape how data is used to inform operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, insightful management reporting to support operational decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Build, enhance and maintain dashboards and visualisations (ideally in Power BI) that highlight key trends, risks and opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights
  • Manage data extraction, validation and reconciliation, including investigating anomalies and root causes
  • Oversee regular reporting cadences and support self-service reporting tools for the wider Operations team
  • Maintain strong standards of data quality, governance, documentation and compliance

Your profile

About You

You’re a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data and influencing outcomes. You bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a reporting or analytical role, ideally within Operations (financial services experience preferred)

  • Strong Excel capability (including pivots, Power Query, reconciliation and ideally VBA or macro-based tools)

  • Experience building reports and dashboards, ideally using Power BI, and the ability to hit the ground running

  • Confidence interpreting data, drawing insights and explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Exposure to wealth management or private banking operations (desirable but not essential)

Do you feel addressed? Then simply fill out the online application. We look forward to getting to know you.
