Strengthen reconciliation practices, documentation and internal controls
Identify gaps and support remediation to enhance governance and risk management
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
About You
CA/CPA qualified with 3–5+ years post-qualified experience in accounting or finance
Strong foundational experience in financial control, reporting and reconciliations
Proven involvement in finance transformation initiatives including process enhancement or systems implementation
Hands-on experience or exposure to tools such as BlackLine, Power BI, SAP, Microsoft dynamics or similar finance systems

Why you’ll love this role
True hybrid role – not just BAU; actively shape how the finance function evolves
Broad business visibility – work across financial control, transformation and key strategic projects
Supportive, collaborative culture where ideas are valued and improvement is encouraged
