About the Opportunity
As our team continues to grow, we are expanding our Delivery function and have multiple opportunities for experienced Senior Business Analysts to support strategic change and mandatory initiatives across the LGT Wealth Management business.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of our change initiatives owning backlog management, shaping solutions through definition and design, and supporting high‑quality releases across our platforms.

We are particularly interested in Senior Business Analysts with experience in delivering scale and efficiencies initiatives in client facing advisory environments, continuous improvement and process optimisation, performance reporting, financial products or compliance, AML and regulatory reforms.
Please note that these positions are offered as 12‑month fixed‑term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams.
You will support business analysts, developers and testers in your stream through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver value to the stakeholders.
Ensure effective change management of process changes when deploying change initiatives.
Provide expert guidance, mentorship and technical knowledge to develop capabilities of business analysts, supporting growth and development.
Play a critical role in continuously improving the Delivery framework.
Support Project Manager with sequencing, prioritisation and estimation of effort.
Get involved during the definition and design phases, working with technical resources to develop overall solution design.
Work with other Business Analyst to distribute work and elaborate stories.
Act as the day-to-day interface between development team, testers and business stakeholders during execution phase.
Help the test team define test plans and test cases for all functionalities to be developed, covering both application and broader business process testing.
Track test cases back to associated design and User stories.
Support delivery through definition, design, and testing phases ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes.
Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos and training, and assist with business procedure documentation.
Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas development for future initiatives.
About You
Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst working in Wealth Management or Financial Services Organisations or equivalent relevant experience working in Wealth Management or Financial Services Organisations.
Proven ability to work within a team structure with an accountability to motivate others to achieve excellence.
Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms. Avaloq experience is highly desirable.
Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks.
Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills.
Experience undertaking regulatory or compliance projects in Financial Services environment.
Understanding of wealth management products and services are highly desirable.
Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies are a plus.
