Mutual respect, personal integrity and loyalty are the solid foundation of our work culture. At the beginning of 2024, we were recognised as one of the 50 best employers in Austria by the consulting firm "Great Place to Work". In the Medium category (100-249 employees), we improved to 4th place and even achieved 1st place among financial institutions.
Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build up comprehensive knowledge for your target function as a Business Manager in the Management Office of the CEO Austria . You will work closely with the management team and central interfaces, participate in strategic topics related to the CEO and take on tasks in projects as well as in day-to-day operations around innovation and digital adoption.
As part of the program, you will complete rotations in the Projects, Processes & IT Services (LGT Austria) and Data & Innovation (LGT Liechtenstein) departments. At the same time, you will expand your professional know-how and develop your social and personality skills through seminars – such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and the exchange with internal and external experts. Another highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project.
Throughout the program, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor and have the opportunity to get involved in a social project in line with our sustainable corporate philosophy. This is how you build your network and lay the foundation for your long-term career at LGT.
