About the Opportunity
We have a Senior Business Analyst opportunity within our Delivery team to help drive strategic change and mandatory initiatives across the LGT Wealth Management business.
You’ll sit at the heart of our initiatives—owning backlog management, shaping solutions through definition and design, and supporting high‑quality releases across our platforms. In addition to core BA responsibilities, you’ll be responsible for some Product Owner activities including backlog grooming and prioritisation, solution development and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams.
Manage backlog hygiene, prioritisation, and sprint readiness using JIRA.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, testers and core business teams to shape solutions, size work, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support solution and delivery through definition, design, and testing phases—ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes.
Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas development for future initiatives.
About You
5+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience in Wealth Management.
Understanding of wealth management products and services
Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms—Avaloq experience highly desirable.
Proven ability in backlog management, user story development, and solution design.
Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills.
