Shape the future of rules-based investing as you take ownership of the production and continuous improvement of standardized, global large-cap equity modules (including high-dividend variants) that support HNWI mandates, UHNWI platforms, and mutual fund sleeves.
Implementation of repeatable stock selection and portfolio weighting according to defined rule sets
Comprehensive documentation of investment rationales and change logs
Consistent adherence to and transparent reporting on exposure and risk budgets
Design and optimization of screening, scoring, and data quality processes
Translation of rules into portfolios within optimizer constraints and in close collaboration with Quant and Risk teams
Extensive practical experience (5–10+ years) in buy-side equity selection with rules-based processes, ideally focused on global large-cap and high-dividend strategies
Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based models, and advanced risk/optimizer platforms (e.g., MSCI Barra, Aladdin, or equivalent)
Proven ability to achieve strong results (alpha) within clearly defined risk budgets
Experience working with ESG constraints or tilts is a strong plus
Highly disciplined, reliable, and precise in both process execution and documentation; always audit-ready and deadline-oriented (SLA mindset)
Brings a humble, open-minded approach and actively fosters constructive discussions and continual growth
Excels as a team player—collaborative, communicative, and committed to shared success
