The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation is an independent foundation of LGT. The range of programs focuses on people and aims to offer skills and knowledge that enable them to participate independently in an increasingly complex society and promote long-term, responsible thinking and action. This has been the case for almost 30 years.

The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation's range of programs is constantly being expanded. For this reason, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist - 60-80% (f/m/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Analysis of client needs for selected programs
• Conception and implementation of appropriate educational measures
• Development of content in collaboration with referents and educational institutions
• Supervision of seminars (approx. 5-6 weeks per year) at our Freudenfels Castle campus in Eschenz TG and possibly other locations
• Participation in international educational initiatives for the further development of teaching content
• Organization and implementation of administrative tasks in connection with seminars and courses

• Higher education (HF, FH, university)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience in learning and development - from the conception to the supervision of seminars
• Strong interest in a broad spectrum of personal development
• Comprehensive methodological skills, preferably also in the implementation of virtual content
• Strong communication skills

You will work in a small team that supports an international clientele with very different requirements. A high degree of personal responsibility, precise work, flexibility, all-round skills and above all, enjoyment of contact with people from different cultures are essential requirements for us.
