Our Corporate Actions Income team is a central component of our company and is responsible for the implementation of corporate actions in line with international market conditions. This multi-faceted team also offers shareholder services tasks, providing an exciting and varied field of activity with excellent prospects for professional development in the securities sector.

After a thorough familiarisation phase, you will take on the following responsible tasks to strengthen our team:

•     Processing shareholder services orders, including share register registrations and deregistrations, proxy voting and more.
•     Ensure the accurate and timely execution of corporate actions, particularly in relation to interest, dividends and redemptions.
•     Contact person for internal clients and custodians worldwide.
•     Representing the team in various process improvement projects and supporting IT with system customisations.

• Completed commercial training
• Knowledge of the securities sector or banking experience is an advantage
• Flair for figures and processes as well as analytical, networked thinking
• Motivated personality with the desire for continuous development
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
