Your challenge

Business Unit

The  Management team consists of the CEO, Head of Front Office plus a Front Office Business Manager, Front Office Support Manager, Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant and Administration Assistant. This team is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business and liaises closely with Group LGT. This team works across all functions within the business.

Brief Role Objective:

This role will primarily assist and support the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant) on the standard ‘business as usual’ (BAU) work and the delivery of various projects. You will also provide assistance to the wider Management Team, ensuring that administrative and organisational tasks are completed accurately.

You will be expected to develop a good understanding of the roles that the Management Team holds and build good working relationships with people from across the business, becoming a key contact for staff and managers Firm-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Assistant with BAU tasks across the Management Team including; diary management, travel arrangements, and submission of expenses for the CEO, Head of Front Office and CIO
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with the coordination of signatures for the CEO, Head of Front Office and CIO
  • Arrange quarterly new joiners’ lunches with the CEO and Head of Front Office
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with communications across the Firm and maintaining the internal communications solution
  • Distribute all incoming business enquires through the Information Mailbox
  • Provide administrative support to the Front Office Business Manager and Front Office Support Manager
  • Maintain the relevant MyLGT pages (internal intranet) relating to the Management Team

Additional responsibilities:

  • Pay a keen interest to the Firm’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives and support with coordination of work and events across the business
    • Assist the Enrich Committee (employee wellbeing committee) to support our people’s overall health and wellbeing, primarily focusing on people’s physical, mental, financial and social health. Work with the Executive Assistant and the Enrich Committee to cultivate a happy and healthy work environment that supports our people to thrive

Your Skills

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Used to working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive and effective problem solver with the ability to use own initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Able to prioritise in accordance with the needs of the business

  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
