Audit Data Analyst 80-100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI)

The Audit Data Analyst is a member of the Group Internal Audit data analytics team in Bendern. The small team focuses on providing data analytic products and solutions to the global GIA department, such as audit-specific data analytics and rapid ad-hoc analysis. It is responsible for BI and SSBI capabilities for all internal auditors as well as advanced data analytics and the implementation and application of AI solutions within Audit.

In your role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will work with the audit teams to help identify business risks, facilitate strategic data sourcing and develop innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of audit testing through data analytics
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing GIA's BI and SSBI capabilities consisting of GIA proprietary resources such as GIA dashboards, SSBI DWH and continuous audit solutions, as well as IT-provided solutions
• Contribute to the design, development and utilization of advanced analytics and AI to deliver cutting-edge insights and AI products to the audit department
• Engage with auditors and selected business units on all matters related to data analytics and AI
• Contribute to increasing data literacy within the department through training, one-on-one meetings and active participation in the data analytics portion of audits
• You are constantly engaged with new data analytics technologies and products as well as the relevant regulations through continuous training and testing
   

Your profile shows:

• Bachelor's, master's or diploma degree in data analysis, statistics, software engineering or a comparable degree or professional experience in data analysis, IT, audit or banking with a high level of relevance to data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge and proven experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar
• Familiarity with neural networks, transformation models and NLP in general as well as data or process mining is an advantage
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, PowerBI Cloud and their SSBI concepts is an advantage
• Experience in the areas of audit, risk, fraud or controlling is a great advantage
• Experience in the financial industry or private banking is an advantage
• High motivation to engage with new technologies and new areas of data analytics, IT, audit and banking as they emerge
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
