Your challenge

  • Ensure client data in the core banking system is updated to current standards which are compliant with regulations and group policies

  • Perform documentation review of client accounts in relation to Onboarding or existing clients during periodic review or change in circumstances and ensuring adherence to bank policies/regulatory requirements.

  • Advise Front Office on queries relating to documentation of Onboarding, periodic reviews and updates

  • Follow up with Front Office on outstanding documentations

  • Analyze and update all existing client data to identify and address any client data quality issues and take appropriate corrective actions as needed, engaging with key functions in the bank

  • Perform static data maintenance of client database (Avaloq) and documentation system when necessary

  • Liaising internally within various departments / stakeholders for continuous process improvement

  • Provide regular progress reports to Head of CDM and ensures progress is executed to plan

  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of CDM or Head of Business Services

  • Build strong working relationships with SMEs to deliver best practice processes and take ownership of client data quality improvements and remediation efforts

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in account documentation review experience/Static within private banking business

  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Meticulous and thorough with follow-ups.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Preferably with AVALOQ experience

  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
