Your challenge

We are looking for a Credit Risk Manager for the international lending business, in particular for the area of residential real estate financing in our European core markets. As a member of our team, you will manage a loan book and ensure the competent and efficient processing of international loan requests, ongoing loan extensions and the monitoring of existing credit customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include the following challenging activities:

  • Independently developing individual financing solutions for national and international customers and providing advice in this regard

  • Independent processing and handling of complex credit transactions

  • Preparation of comprehensive loan applications and drafting of loan and collateral agreements for special financing structures with a focus on residential real estate financing in our European core markets

  • Carrying out recurring credit assessments and ongoing review of credit positions

  • Maintaining contact with account managers working in the assigned markets

  • Preparing presentations for clients and internal decision-makers on structured financing

  • Independent handling of correspondence in German and English

  • Leading and participating in projects related to LGT's lending business

Your profile

We are looking for a trustworthy person with the following profile:

  • You have an university degree, a banking diploma or similar education or further education

  • Many years of professional experience in the credit sector with a focus on the European real estate financing business, in particular Austria and the UK (knowledge of the French and German market would be an advantage)

  • Structured, meticulous and detail-oriented way of working with the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality

  • Proactive and motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Very good knowledge of German and English (French would be an advantage)

  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
