Your challenge

Start on September 1, 2024 in Hong Kong as a

Graduate - COO Office APAC

Over the course of 18 months you will build up knowledge for COO Office APAC, get to know other business units through stages and expand your horizon with a two-week seminar in Singapore. In alignment with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will have the chance to commit for a social project. Take these diverse opportunities, build with us your network, and create the basis for a long-term career at LGT.

In your future role as a Graduate in COO Office APAC, we focus on the following tasks:

  • Be part of strategic initiatives and learn about our business and success factors

  • Developing in-depth understanding of current state system and process and contribute to improve the status-quo

  • Supporting the Project Manager(s) in terms of timeline and task tracking, stakeholder management, presentations and coordination in general

  • Being the advocate in the organization to communicate and promote your project

  • Supporting senior Management and Project Manager(s) with any ad hoc tasks from time to time

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree attained within the last 12 months

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese/German

  • Strong communication skills, proactive and composed personality

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Autonomous and self-disciplined

  • Analytical and problem solver

  • Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards

  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to go beyond the usual level of commitment

  • Identification with LGT and its values

  • Strong interest in project management as well as finance; eager for long term development in LGT
