Your challenge

The vacant Officer Form Management position offers the perfect opportunity to gain initial experience in line and project management in the area of forms management at our bank. You will support the team leader in the continuous development of the international forms processing service and take responsibility for the training of internal trainees. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for adapting the corporate design (CD) for forms to the constantly changing customer requirements. You will advise our international specialist departments on the implementation of their regulatory requirements for electronic customer forms.

As Officer Form Management, you will also be responsible for the following activities:

  • Advising internal customers on specific and complex form requirements
  • Further development of the corporate identity and design (CI/CD) for forms
  • Continuous improvement of the form provision processes
  • Collaborating on Group-wide business projects and acting as a central point of contact for form enquiries
  • Employee training in the area of desktop publishing
  • Taking on deputy tasks for the team leader
  • Training and further development of internal interns

Your profile

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree or technical / commercial training
  • Knowledge of the application of company-wide corporate design guidelines
  • Experience in project management and/or line management is an advantage
  • Experience in graphics and desktop publishing
  • IT affinity, especially in the area of digital content
  • Good foreign language skills, especially English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Very structured way of working, ability to work in a team, independence and ability to work under pressure
