Your challenge

  • Office management activities: Contracts, documentation, due diligence coordination, operational reporting tools
  • Collaboration on specific projects: e.g. Reg./Risk. Reporting, client reporting, process optimization
  • Project responsibility for setting up new fund structures (in- and ex-custody)     
  • Interface function to external business partners (KAG/investment company, custodian bank, family office, external consultants)                    
  • Support for transactions in funds (both in- and ex-custody relationships)

Your profile

  • University degree in the field of economics  or comparable education (e.g. university of applied sciences)   ideally specialistation in Banking & Finance
  • 3-5 years relevant job experience within collective capital investments, investment firms, banks
  • Sound knowledge of banking and finance and the regulatory environment (especially for investment funds)        
  • Project management experience        
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, securities knowledge & trading modalities
  • Professional training (CFA, CEFA, CIIA, CPM) is an advantage
  • Experience in operational portfolio management as well as in Avaloq and further programming skills are desirable

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position starting at € 50.000,- (allin) per annum with the readiness for a significant overpayment depending on qualifications.
