You have received an event invitation from an LGT Group company (“LGT company”). LGT events can be held in a physical format and/or via a virtual platform. We would hereby like to inform you as to how your personal data is used as part of such events and what your options are for objecting.
Should you register for an LGT event, your data will be processed by internal offices at the LGT company from which you received the invitation for the purposes of organizing and putting on the event. Data may be passed on to LGT Group (in the Principality of Liechtenstein) for these purposes in the case of Group events. Your data will only be passed on to third parties within the country and abroad (e.g. hotels) insofar as this is required to organize and put on the event. If your registration contains any data on third parties, you confirm that these third parties consent to their data being passed on and processed within the scope of the event.
Your data will also be processed in conjunction with future events of the respective LGT company. If you no longer wish to receive invitations to events of the respective LGT company, you may assert your right to object.
Photographs or video recordings (“images”) will be taken during an LGT event. Images in which you are not in focus (e.g. group photos) can be used for the purposes of internal and external communications and public relations work (e.g. in newspapers, reports and brochures). They can also be published online (e.g. on websites) and used on our social media channels as well as for documentation purposes. In the European Union and the European Economic Area this data processing is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please contact the photographer if you do not consent to this. If we would like to place you in the foreground of an image, we will obtain your consent accordingly.
