Your challenge

  • Executive support to the CEO and Head of Private Banking

  • Single point of contact and interface between internal organizational units and external contact persons

  • Meeting and committee preparation as well as taking minutes and administration

  • Calendar and travel management

Your profile

  • Completed training at A-level (e.g. AHS, BHS) or comparable higher education, ideally with a business orientation

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of private banking, alternatively in the investment sector, in the financial services sector or in consulting/business administration

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English – written and oral

  • Strong focus on results combined with an independent and flexible working style

  • Team player with a hands-on mentality as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The desire to deal with several issues at the same time, to take responsibility and to meet deadlines

In return, you can expect an interesting, generalist job, attractive benefits and - based on the minimum requirements mentioned above - a gross annual salary of EUR 42.944,16 with the possibility of significant overpayment depending on your qualifications.
