Your challenge

As an IT Business Analyst Regulatory & Investment Compliance, you will work at the interface between the bank and IT. In this varied and responsible role, you will support the technical development of our applications in areas such as Market Surveillance, Trading Compliance and Advisory & Suitability Controlling with the Compliance teams.

You are responsible for:

  • Capture and analyze requirements, develop technical solution concepts together with internal and external partners and support their implementation.
  • Analyse and evaluate business processes in the context of changes to IT systems and ensure the implementation of efficient processes.
  • Support, prioritise and coordinate the implementation of user stories.
  • Contribute your knowledge to the agile team and support the standardization of IT systems of the globally active business units.

Your profile

Your skills are:

  • Higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration and several years of professional experience.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design.
  • Good technical understanding and knowledge of Avaloq as a core banking system, experience with Nice Actimize is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
