Your challenge

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Account Services team.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth onboarding, maintenance and governance of client accounts, while providing hands‑on leadership, technical expertise and process improvement support within the team. You’ll work closely with Advisers, Adviser Assistants and internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality, compliant and client‑centric service.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end operational support across client onboarding, account maintenance and closures

  • Manage daily operational reporting, reconciliations and checklist completion

  • Oversee AML/KYC verification processes in line with regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate client and account data across systems

  • Support the processing of complex matters including deceased estates

  • Liaise with custodians and key external service providers

  • Actively manage and uplift team risk controls, audit standards and compliance outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including procedure reviews and process optimisation

Your profile

About You

You are a proven operations professional within financial services who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstratableexperience in operations within financial services,

    with end‑to‑end accountability for the new client and account onboarding process.

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience working within account services, custody or wealth management environments.

  • A methodical, logical approach with exceptional attention to detail

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a fast paced environment

  • A proactive, resilient and hands‑on attitude
